Click “Sign Up” at the top of our website and enter a valid email address and password. Once registered, you’ll have full access to shop, track orders, and manage your account.
3. What sizes do you offer?
We offer a wide range of sizes, and most products include a size chart to help you choose the best fit. If you're in between sizes or unsure, feel free to email us for guidance!
4. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We start processing orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, email us at contact@popoffg.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to help before the item ships.
5. When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
6. How long does it take to receive my order?
Most items are made to order, so please allow 10 to 15 business days for processing and delivery within the U.S. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.
7. Do you offer international shipping?
We currently offer international shipping to Canada and Australia.
8. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on eligible items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

9. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re sorry that happened. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item at contact@popoffg.com with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
10. Can I resell your products?
No. Unauthorized resale of our products is not allowed. We reserve the right to block purchases or take action against accounts involved in resale.
11. Are your designs original?
Yes — every piece is designed by us and exclusive to NNJA Skills LLC. All designs are protected by copyright. Duplication or use without permission is strictly prohibited.
